* People say that cauliflower is ordinary cabbage, but with higher education.
This cabbage is capricious: it does not like either heat or cold, and in both cases it does not form heads well,
it requires a temperature of 15 to 17 degrees and the application of microfertilizers, especially molybdenum, fertilized soil and good watering.
It does not like too much nitrogen, but when the heads begin to set, it needs nitrogen.
It is better to protect the growing heads from direct sunlight by tying the leaves over them so that the heads do not lose their whiteness, although today there are varieties with purple heads containing iodine.
